I just think some of the signs in Tokyo are hillarious, like this how to use the toilet. Sorry I don't have any new exciting touristy photos but it has been a relatively uneventful day. We went on a tour of a new building construction which was pretty cool but I won't bore those ungeeks out there. My fourth of July night involves hanging out on the balcony surfing the net. It is cool tonight which is a pleasant change, I am actually wearing a sweater. Low key but pleasant. I treated myself to a Haagen Dazs ice cream bar - that was my celebration. Good enough for me. It truely is the little things in life that please me most and ice cream always makes me happy. I got all hooked up on Skype so if anyone wants to do the internet phone call thing my name is elizabeth.windsor You would have to email me and we would need to arrange some time but that's doable. Alright I'm going to go try it out so take care all and have a good night/day.

Happy Fourth of July!!!!
Hi Christine!! It's nice to hear you have good weather there. Here it rains and rains... I miss you and hope that you had a good holiday.
Okay, so we finally caught up with you and are having our 4th of July evening. Aaron came over and we had yummy chicken mole, quinoa salad and watermelon. Maya was a total hambone, running around the house demonstrating her considerable strength, new developmental skills and of course, her inexhaustible charm. I think she was seriously smitten with Uncle Aaron! So we had fun, but not too much fun- like we would have had if you were here. And no ice cream. Now the boys are at the movie and I am home procrastinating on my work for class tomorrow. Funny how that often seems to involve your blog these days...
Miss you and love you. Take good care!
Some days you do just need directions in the morning. If you find these stickers send some home please.
